Vice Chair Bush reported that he participated in
a survey of polling places mandated by the Attorney General. The study was
conducted state-wide and revealed that whereas most polling places complied,

Unfortunately bathrooms were included in the survey even though the need for
them is minimal except for the election workers.
Commissioner Sinclair reported that he suggested that
elections not use yellow accessible signage.
